Edit: I've just re-installed SP2 and the startup speed is slow again. This is a pretty old Windows 7 installation, and heavily used. If it shows that it's failing, replace the drive.If both event viewer, and a disk diag both don't say anything about disk issues, only then try to figure out if there's Windows 7 Service Pack 2 but also the downside of setting things up.

Only the single graphics card available. Hell, I almost never defrag my systems and when I have, I've never been able to tell the difference. Once I do select a dwg, the dwg that took ~5 seconds to load previously now takes ~90 seconds. It takes 10 minutes to open a folder, program, etc.
