Still sing Task Manager, browse to C:\windows\system32\dllcache and see if there is a copy of that file there. Is there anything I can try or will I need to do a clean install? You can get a good copy and put it on a thumb drive, floppy, etc and copy it onto your afflicted system using Task Manager. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
