Internet Explorer Won't Open/ Hijackthis Log
I use the sites below to download the installer file and the manual updater:Once downloaded and before transferring them to the problem machine, rename the program installer "mbam-setup.exe" file to something When I tried running MBAM, it won't run - I saw mbam.exe running in task manager but did not see it on the screen. You can also access the IE Toolbar by clicking Start >Run and type rundll32 setupwbv.dll,IE6Maintenance The problem is the some program is interfering with IE in Normal. Run RootkitRevealer.exe and scan your system. My CPU has Pentium 4 with 1.70 GHz and 256 MB of RAM.I had gone to the windows site http://windowsxp.mvps.org/IEFAQ.htm and looked at the Frequently Asked Questions. Thanks for all your help...and I will get back to it...Its not going to beat me...I hope... Also, have you looked in add/remove programs to see if mywebsearch bar can be uninstalled there?

All of these things I have tried prior to getting to this point...I'm sorry I didn't go into deeper specifics on the initial post, but I didn't want to rewrite WAR I looked at the link and I'm not getting the pdm.dll file error. Have these guys become this smart with this stuff that they won't let these things be deleted??
