I tried everything and I believe my issue was because I have a sata drive and another drive separating ie and the OS. I let it update to whatever the most current version is, but I run Mozilla as an everyday practice. Ive tried many solutions, but none worked for me. Basically you are not allowed to go to any web page you want to! ...and you are not allowed to use any feature on the page. Worked for me too.
