Any suggestions?? On step 8 I found the culprit is a file named: IPSEng32.dll. To open IE without addon follow the steps: Click on Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Internet Explorer (with no add-ons). AVG8 and SuperAntiSpy are not finding any issues.
