October 10, 2012 NubCake well, i have some other problem, my internet sometimes just stops working for no reason, simply stops, so i run "troubleshoot problems" and it allways finds the I tried several of the fixes as suggested like removing the latest Windows Security update, resetting the Winsock Catalog, uninstalling/reinstalling IE 8, installed latest version of Firefox, etc. It worked for me.
YES, the first thing I do whenI work on a computer is uninstall any symantec products, altho the enterprise Symantec Endpoint Protection is ok.
