External Hard Drive Not Showing Up Windows 7
It says that 'Wizard could not find a better match for your hardware than the hardware you currently have installed' when I update it. Is there any way i can repair it without formatting it? I Hope this comes in help ___________ now I've read another post up here with basically the same solution proposed.. Underneath the Disk 2 it says unknown and not initialized. I must press W+R: devmgmt.msc and uninstall all USB slot, except keyboards and mouse. Some will be modified to show usernames specific to the computer 8.4 Click Ok 9. In Disk Management it shows up a drive with Simple Layout, Basic Type, Status is Healthy (Primary Partition) with Capacity of 1.8TB. External Hdd Not Detected Thank You. The manufacturer cable appears to be faulty/damaged.
